Good coffee from deep in the Ha Ni Mountains

Jin Ying Coffee Factory (part of the Ning’er group of associated farms), located at Pu Yi town, Ha Ni and Yi county, achieved 4th place with score of 84.0455 in the 2017 Best of Yunnan Green Coffee Competition. This strong performance brought honor to Ning’er coffee. Yunhua Luo, head of the factory, calmly said “our coffee always has a good taste because we are endowed with fresh water and resourceful mountain”.

Now Ruijin village (one village in Pu Yi town) owns a 7000mu coffee plantation under the leadership of the Jin Ying Coffee Factory. More than 400 families have joined in the management of the coffee plantation which has been a major factor in the alleviation of poverty in the area. More than 1,500 people have had their living standards dramatically improved through coffee production. 95% of the people from this region can now afford motorbikes, agricultural vehicles, and the building of homes.
