Ban An Coffee
Ai Lan becomes famous in the coffee world after the 2017 Best of Yunnan champion is announced. The score of 85.54 is the highest score in the history of the Yunnan Green Coffee Competition. Ai Lan is the owner of Menglian Ban An Coffee.
Ban An coffee is grown on A Wa mountain in Mangmao village, Fuyan Town of Menglian, Dai Wa La Hu county. The name means finding a good place. The farm is very near the border with Myanmar.
A Wa mountain belongs to a southern subtropical plateau monsoon climate with annual average temperature of 17.4℃. Forestry coverage is 86%.
